Be sure to upload a high-resolution image so it will ensure we can create the best possible big head for you. If you have the image on your phone or computer, if you zoom in on it and the image retains its resolution, the image should work out great when we blow it up; on the other hand, if you see fuzziness or pixelation, the image will print just as you see it. So please ensure that you upload the best possible file. The original is preferred over files from social media or files you've received via email that have the possibility of having been sent to you in a degraded, downsized image made easier to email.
